| In a residence whose rooms all provide a lakeside view, warm wood tones compliment a light shell to enhance the atmosphere of an airy retreat. In the kitchen and family rooms, raku pottery provides a distintive touch while comfortable yet durable furnishings allow for casual entertaining.
By adapting two bedrooms and a bath, a master suite was created. A soothing color pallet with contrasts of black granite and iron transforms this area from a formerly dark, confining space into an peaceful and spacious retreat. |
